In Central Texas, for the past week, the state has been plagued with below freezing temperatures, power and water shortages. I hear the trickle of running water. As one of the very lucky people who had power most of the time, I have seen support networks being built through social media and group chats as families, friends, neighbors and even strangers support one another.
