The past year has led nationwide chain Pizza Hut to innovate across the board to keep consumers engaged while ensuring their safety. Between the release of a contactless order pickup system, fun brand partnerships and efforts to improve social and environmental impacts, Pizza Hut’s customer engagement efforts look completely different now than they did a year ago.
